The practice of poses using the breath to help calm and concentrate the mind, stretch and strengthen the muscles, invigorate and energise, release tension and aid in relaxation. Beneficial for those who lack flexibility, who suffer from osteoporosis, stiffness, aching joints, stress and high blood pressure.

Iyengar Yoga
The focus here is more on alignment but as with all yoga practice the breath links each posture like a thread encouraging mental strength and clarity.
Astanga Vinyasa Yoga
This form of yoga is more dynamic and the postures follow a set order or sequence. It promotes a strong flexible body and mind. Suitable for all levels. More classes coming soon so if you would please let us know if you are interested it will help me in organising the most suitable day and time.
