Whether you are interested in improving your fitness, body tone and shape or you wish to reduce muscular or joint pain or attain that extra edge in your chosen sport then I would love to be able to help you achieve these goals. I am particularly keen on using the Pilates method of training as a foundation or in conjunction with other types of training such as Aerobics, weight training, yoga and so on. Any combination is possible in a one-to-one situation. If you wish to join in small group classes in Pilates and yoga and aerobics or dance then of course the class content is less flexible but you will get more personal attention than in many Gym and health club situations so it really depends what you want.
